Joen’s first week

A Harvard Medical School study has determined that rectal thermometers are still the best way to tell a baby’s temperature. Plus, it really teaches the baby who’s boss.

After a week with Joen, we don’t have a rectal thermometer, but I’ve definitely wished for:

  1. a holiday
  2. an auto changing nappy
  3. chloroform (for him, or us, I don’t care which!)

Anyway, 4 urine soaked nappies in an hour aside, he is wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier with him. Under threat of death from Nonna Lowry, I am now uploading more photos and a video below. Okay now, mum?
